While I'm admittedly not the best Madden 20 coins player, I felt really contested by a number of the game's after sections, which forced me to read the field and make smart decisions. But while I appreciated the quantity of actual football gameplay in Homecoming, it often came at the expense of the game's pacing.
Madden's story mode once again features a stable of notable actors, such as Ron Cephas Jones (That Is Us) as Devin's stern quarterback coach and Rob Schneider (yes, Rob Schneider) as a quirky, caffeinated general manager. There is a notable deaf character, which I discovered to be a wonderful bit of inclusiveness. While that the acting is not exactly Oscar-worthy, there are plenty of funny moments, along with many others that had me really choked up.
Despite some frustrations, I ended my Sunday day with Longshot: Homecoming with a big smile in my face, and truly hope that narrative is still a central component of Madden games moving forward. It's a fresh, persuasive means to encounter one of gaming's oldest franchises, and I would love for EA to release Longshot as a cheap, standalone game just so non-Madden lovers can experience it.If you are only interested in the Longshot portion of MUT 20 Coins for sale, I'd recommend renting the game or waiting for a steep sale. But if you've already picked up EA's annual pigskin offering, do not miss one of the best sections of it.
