I believe in an approach that you Gaia’s Protocol Review can build up on and is sustainable. Many people take up some kind of crash diet to address some particular issue. An example would be a diet to loose weight. You follow the diet, loose some weight and get comfortable. A few years later you are back to the start! With the correct approach to a raw food diet you get sustainable results and you never go back!
So what's your next step? Well my suggestion would be not to wait for the "brick" stage! Change one small thing in your diet today. Replace one small thing with something that is fresh and natural. Replace a snack with a piece of fruit, replace a drink with water or freshly made juice. But whatever you choose make sure it's something you are happy to do tomorrow and the next day too! Do it for yourself. You will be surprised at how quickly you can change.
