Within 4 days he had undergone Cardio Clear 7 Review triple bypass surgery. This is a major operation to recover from. I will never forget what he looked like immediately after surgery. For two weeks my husband was kept in hospital until they were sure he walk a small distance and go up 6 steps. It took 6 months of recovery before my husband could return to work. He has never been the same. I do feel that people who go through these incidents should be given some type of mental rehab as I see it reduces their self esteem etc. It is now over 3 years since this all happened and the repercussions on our family has been great.
My husband tells me that the heart attack was not like you see on the TV. He had just finished lunch and felt like he needed to straighten his back out. He had no pins and needles, no pain down the left side, no strong pain, just an uncomfortable feeling in his back. After 20 mins or so, his boss decided to ring the ambulance. The ambulance driver said that my husband had indigestion and just to take some Mylanta. My husband said that if the driver didn't mind, he would go to the hospital for a check up anyhow.
Once the hospital had plugged Ron into the various pieces of machinery, he said they all began to panic. The doctor said he had suffered a few heart attacks and that he was a very lucky man to have come in.We are very fortunate to still have my husband with us. Sadly many do not survive. Once a week for 6 weeks after my husband was released we had to drive 2 hrs to another hospital where we had to learn about what had happened and to prevent it happening again. It was here that we met a young man of 27 who had undergone a quadruple bypass after a heart attack. I was shocked. The nurse said the victims are getting younger and younger.
